    As a facilitating network organization, KARA only works with apolitical organizations in whose docket lies the gigantic task of inclusively engaging service delivery actors. All registered groups managed by residents themselves, corporates and individual (professional) are eligible for KARA's membership for admission fees and an annual subscription.
