The Kenya Alliance of Resident Associations (Kara) is the apex body representing the voice and pro-active action of resident associations on consumers and taxpayers' rights countrywide – on accelerated access to public service delivery. As a facilitating network organization, KARA only works with apolitical organizations in whose docket lies the gigantic task of inclusively engaging service delivery actors. All registered groups managed by residents themselves, corporates and individual (professional) are eligible for KARA's membership for admission fees and an annual subscription.
